I made a stupid mistake today. I cooked 300g of lean pork with a head of broccoli, thinking to go carb-less. While cooking, I noticed some forgotten four days old cooked rice in the fridge. Four days is my limit for storing cooked rice, so… fuck…
Reminds me of my life back in the US. Broccoli pork (broccoli freakin’ anything actually) is a popular Chinese takeaway dish in the US. One portion of those would have so much food and rice that you could eat it over two meals. Three if you’re a small eater.
To comfort myself, I watched a video of an even bigger eater while eating.
