One thing I particularly like about the revamped cafeteria at work is the Western food counter. It used to be spaghetti, roasted chicken, spaghetti, spaghetti… you get the gist. And their Bolognese sauce, let’s just say me of many years ago (noob cook times) did a better job.
These days, we get all sorts of things, like charcoal burgers for example. And fish and chips! I particularly like the fish and chips because they are generous with the fish portion. And they do a good tartar sauce with bits of onions and whatnot.
Sometimes the chips aren’t chips but something else. Like you see above. Nice?
